NOD

Did you just receive a Notice of Default ( NOD )?

The Americans Against Foreclosures Organization ( AAF ) and the AXJ GLOBAL NEWS NETWORK ( AXJ ), present this site sponsored by American Veterans ( with Byron Barton prominently featured ) to share “uncompromised” news and information, especially on topics like bank foreclosure practices, mortgage fraud, and related legal battles. It highlights Byron’s personal fight against J.P. Morgan Chase in 2016, including court exhibits alleging fraud, and covers arrests tied to foreclosure/mortgage schemes in various states.

Our advice is to contact employees directly during defaults (and the potential for insider evidence like paid-off notes from entities such as Fannie Mae), which aligns with the site’s emphasis on exposing what it calls systemic issues in the mortgage/foreclosure system. It seems geared toward homeowners, veterans, and those dealing with banks—sharing documents, stories, and calls for accountability.

Note that this is distinct from the main Veterans For Peace organization ( veteransforpeace.org ), which focuses more broadly on anti-war activism, peace advocacy, healing war wounds, and opposing military interventions. This site is a veteran-driven effort with a strong focus on domestic financial injustice issues.

We are sharing this for awareness, feedback, and to discuss specific cases/strategies (like the paid-in-full notes or court docs), and are open and free to provide more details. Life does have surprises!
